Benefit Services is a Sub Chapter S Corporation headquartered
in Rochester, Michigan. The company was established in 1991 by
Doug Roehm to provide outstanding benefit brokerage and consulting
services to large and medium sized clients. SBS has created a
business model based upon providing services to sophisticated
clients with complex benefit administration needs.
From
the beginning we have focused on organic growth though new client
acquisition with a long range plan to remain
privately held and grow only as quickly as can be achieved given
the complex needs
of our clients. SBS has grown steadily during our short history,
acquiring new clients regularly. This is consistent with our
business objectives and philosophy. While revenues have increased
each
year, more importantly, this has been accomplished while exceeding
client expectations within a competitive fee structure. SBS is
profitable and financially sound, with unused lines of credit
and appropriate cash reserves to meet any business contingency.
We
continue to invest in technology, as the ability to consistently
manage data within the increased complexity of today's market
remains critical to our success.
The
core of SBS is our people. We carefully select only the most
